Boxes ship within 3-5 business days of your order. We ship USPS Priority Mail, 2- to 3-day shipping. Subsequent boxes will ship around that same day each month. If you would like to change your ship date, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if my box contains damaged goods?
We want satisfied customers! If any item in your box is damaged or missing, we’re more than happy to send a replacement. We usually ask for photos so that we can see what went wrong and to make sure we're replacing the correct item.
Can I gift a single box as opposed to subscribing?
Absolutely! Just purchase a month-to-month subscription. At checkout, make sure to check the "this is a gift" checkbox. You'll then see to the left that the box will now auto renew.
